Hey Crew, There is so much going on in the Alpine MTB Training community right now I'm struggling to sort it all out in my own head. This past weekend was epic is many ways.
Coming up this week multiple clients will be racing Round the Mountain race in Kimberley, BC. Plus the daring few hucking themselves down Mount 7 in Golden for the resurrection of the iconic Psychosis race! Just around the corner, athletes will be lining up at the bucket list events of BC Bike Race, Single Track 6, Fernie Gravel Grind to name a few. Plus those with once in a lifetime trip plans to ride bike parks around Europe to those who are progressing their skills to get more enjoyment from their local trails. Along with several athletes making return to bike plans after major surgeries. Rehab is a process which is hard to endure, but the reward of returning to the sport you love can't be matched. When I say I offer a comprehensive service, I mean it! It's been a pleasure helping mountain bikers reach the wide variety of performance goals and return from injury. |
